Loyalty Program Terms

The TBEAST Loyalty Club rewards registered customers with points and tier benefits. Membership is free but requires a TBEAST account. Orders placed as a guest, without an account, do not earn points and do not receive tier benefits.

By creating an account you accept these Loyalty Program Terms together with our Terms of Service.

Your tier is determined by your lifetime spend on TBEAST:

• Bronze — from $150
• Silver — from $500
• Diamond — from $1000
• Master — from $2000
• Elite — from $3500
• TheBeast — from $5000 (highest tier)

Below the Bronze threshold you are a New Member and do not yet receive tier benefits.

From Diamond upward, a tier discount is applied automatically to each qualifying order. It applies only to orders above $250 and is capped per order:

• Diamond — 5% off, up to $50 per order
• Master — 10% off, up to $100 per order
• Elite — 15% off, up to $150 per order
• TheBeast — 20% off, up to $200 per order

Bronze and Silver members do not receive a tier discount.

In addition to the highest tier discount, TheBeast members receive free shipping 1 time per calendar month on all products.

• 3 points for every $1 spent, calculated on the amount actually paid for the order.
• 25 points when you create your account.
• Daily login rewards, described below.

Purchase points are credited once the order has been paid.

Signed-in members can claim one reward per day on a 7-day cycle worth 1 · 2 · 3 · 4 · 5 · 6 · 10 points.

A day is counted as each 24-hour period in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). Claiming on consecutive days advances the cycle; missing a day restarts it at day 1. Only one reward may be claimed per day.

• 100 points = $1.
• Redemption unlocks only when you hold at least 500 points AND have a lifetime spend of at least $100.

The minimum spend requirement protects the programme from abuse, for example collecting daily rewards without ever making a purchase.

Once you are eligible, your available points are applied automatically as a discount on your next order. This redemption is automatic and cannot be disabled, cancelled or postponed. Points have no cash value and are never exchanged for money.

If you return a purchased item, for any reason, the points earned from that purchase are withdrawn from your balance. Where a tier discount or points were applied to the order, the refund is calculated on the amount actually paid.

For an exchange, only the difference is adjusted: points are added or deducted according to the difference in value.

We may suspend or close the loyalty benefits of any account where we suspect fraud, abuse or manipulation of the programme, including the use of multiple accounts, automated claiming, or fraudulent orders. Suspension may include the forfeiture of accumulated points.

We reserve the right to change, suspend or end the loyalty programme and these terms at any time, without the permission of, or prior notice to, any party. The version published on this page is the version in force.
