These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TBEAST website and store, operated by AZIZBABA LLC (“TBEAST”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We aim to describe our products and their colours as accurately as possible. Availability may change, and we may update or discontinue products at any time.

Prices are shown in USD by default and may be displayed in other currencies for convenience; the final charge is processed based on our pricing. We may correct pricing errors and update prices at any time.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, including where a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and other supported payment methods. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

The TBEAST name, logo, content and designs are owned by AZIZBABA LLC and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

The site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AZIZBABA LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in New Mexico shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
